Ryan will take over to maintain the magic moving forward; his debut episode will premiere in September 2024. Not only that, but Seacrest will also be acting as a consultant producer, showing his producer muscles.
Pat left behind an incredibly memorable legacy on Wheel of Fortune. Sajak has become a household name since taking over as host in 1981, winning over viewers with his quick wit and affable demeanor. He has created a cherished American custom out of the seemingly simple act of spinning a wheel over the years.
His collaboration with Vanna White, who has been answering letters from the beginning of the program, has grown to be one of the longest-lasting partnerships in television history.
Ryan is Expected to Assume the Role of Host on Celebrity Wheel of Fortune
Sajak is still around even if he is no longer on the main show. In October 2024, he is scheduled to make a comeback with the spinoff Celebrity Wheel of Fortune. With this, the chapter on his illustrious tenure will officially end.

“Once Pat completes this final season, we’re told Ryan will take over for the following season,” TMZ claims. Thus, Pat’s truly last appearance on any Wheel of Fortune show will be this fall.
Pat and Vanna have dazzled audiences with their famous candidates spinning the wheel for a chance to win $1 million for their favorite charities since the show’s glitzy primetime debut in 2021.
Ryan Has Large Expectations to Meet
Although Ryan is no stranger to the spotlight, stepping into these shoes is no minor effort. Ryan has established himself as a mainstay in the entertainment business because to his work hosting American Idol since the show’s 2002 premiere.
