With the return of the Demon King of Tyranny, Anos Voldigoad, to keep the long-sought peace, fans of the Netflix series The Misfit of Demon King Academy couldn’t be more ecstatic at the news of a second season. Tatsuhisa Suzuki, who voiced Anos, has declared that he is taking a break from “all entertainment business operations,” and his replacement, Yuichiro Umehara, has already been introduced.
The latter is well-known for his roles as Jugram Haschwalth in Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War and Manabu Horikita in Classroom of the Elite. Additional cast members have not been announced. On the other hand, Lenny code fiction was credited as the performer of the series’ opening theme song (SEIEN) and Momosumomosu as the provider of the series’ closing theme song (Esoa).
About the Series
The Misfit of Demon King Academy: The Strongest Demon King in History Reincarnates and Attends School with His Descendants is a series of light novels written by Shu and Yoshinori Shizuma. The series debuted on Shosetsuka ni Naro in April 2017 before being transferred to ASCII Media Works in March 2018. The manga adaption of The Misfit of Demon King Academy was illustrated by Kayaharuka. It was published on Manga UP! by Square Enix from July 2018 to July 2021.
In 2020, the first season of Silver Link’s anime adaption debuted. Shin Oonuma and Masafumi Tamura are the series’ directors. The initial season included thirteen episodes. The second season, meanwhile, will be a split-court one. “Seien” by Lenny code fiction serves as the opening theme, while “Esoa” by Momosu Momosu serves as the closing theme.
The protagonist of The Misfit of Demon King Academy is the former demon king Anos Voldigoad. He sacrificed his own life for the sake of peace two thousand years ago. However, following reincarnation he discovers that magic is weaker. In addition, when he enters the Demon King Academy, his history as king is entirely different from what it was previously.

Season 2 of the anime will take up with Act 1, which begins with the events of the fourth volume and the Great Spirit arc. The next season will be split in two, with the first half consisting of 12 episodes.
After Anos conceded defeat to Lay Grandslay, the never-ending conflict between demons and humans was finally over. In the next season, the former will face an old adversary: Nosgalia, the god responsible for establishing order, also known as the Heavenly Father.
Nosgalia swore a pledge during the mythological era to wipe out Anos and restore order to the planet. Also, in the next episode, several of Anos’ ancient competitors will return to complete the unfinished business they began two thousand years ago.

Diego, unable to accept the outcome, ordered the clones of Zeshia to commit suicide. Jerga was sceptical that global peace had been achieved. But Anos and Lay were able to beat him in the end. After reuniting with Misha and Sasha, Anos turned to Eleanore as his source of magic. Meanwhile, Lay met up with Misa again, and they all went back to the demon world.
