Echo 3 is an American action-thriller and drama TV show made by Mark Boal, who has won two Academy Awards. It will debut on Apple TV+ on November 23, 2022. The series, which is shot in both English and Spanish, is set in Colombia in 2021 and is a black-ops thriller with international intrigue.
Almost all of the scenes were shot on location. It is based on Omri Givon’s award-winning series When Heroes Fly, which was in turn based on Amir Gutfreund’s book of the same name.
Plotline
An American researcher by the name of Amber Chesborough is currently conducting research in Colombia on the potential of psychedelics to treat addiction. While she is conducting her research, extremists kidnap her and hold her for ransom.
Her brother Bambi and her husband Prince, who both serve in the United States Army Delta Force, are the ones who are attempting to rescue her. The recent loss of their team leader during a recent mission has made it difficult for the two men to get along with one another.
