All of Clark’s friends and family are convinced that his newfound powers come from God, and their faith is strengthened when an angel reveals to him that he will serve as God’s messenger and stop the end of the world.
Netflix ordered 16 episodes of the drama in 2020. Ben Falcone created the series and starred in it with his wife Melissa McCarthy.
Through their film firm, On the Day Productions, the duo also serves as executive producers of the show. Michael McDonald, the show’s director, and Steve Mallory are both credited as executive producers.
