Lauren Bushnell, a ‘bachelor’ Alum, Has a Second Child With Chris Lane

Oh, to have a “Bachelor” baby!

On October 16, Lauren Bushnell announced on Instagram that she and her husband Chris Lane had welcomed their second son.

The new mom of two posted a touching video to Instagram with the comment, “10.16.22,” which means the date her oldest son met his little sibling.

Even Lane took to social media to share the joyous news, posting a picture of their son Dutton holding their new baby.

“Eight Pounds of Sugar Added to Your Life!” Now there’s a complete family of four!” he said.
After having son Dutton, now 1, in June 2021, Bushnell announced to her Instagram fans that she was pregnant again in June.

With the words “Party of 4, coming October 2022” in the caption, the ex-reality star announced her pregnancy. Dutty, I can’t wait to see you in your new role as big brother.

In the photo album, Bushnell and Lane’s son wore a “Brother” jumper.

The actress, who was pregnant at the time, wore a cropped white tank top and skinny jeans.
The “Bachelor” alums who knew Bushnell on the show were happy to see her start a family.

The best possible news!! Lauren Burnham said, “Excited for you guys,” while Bekah Martinez chimed in, “Ahhhh!!! The ideal age difference is 16 months.

The 37-year-old country singer wrote, “I guess it’s no secret to what’s been going on in the Lane household Dutty is going to be a brother!” in his own post.

The pair, who will wed in October of 2019, has been public about their desire to give Dutton a sibling for many years.

Bushnell told Us Weekly in October of 2021, “I hope that we’re blessed with another baby.” “Although Chris and I always joke that if Dutton keeps acting up, he won’t be getting a sibling, we can’t help but take him seriously when he’s being a pain.”

“I’m not sure how many in terms of, like, two or three,” the ex-ABC celebrity, formerly engaged to “Bachelor” Ben Higgins, said.

Bushnell explained to her Instagram followers that the “umbilical cord attach[ing] to the periphery of the placenta versus the middle” was the cause of her hospitalization during the second trimester of her pregnancy.

When the doctor told me… I was under a tremendous amount of stress. Despite feeling “much sicker” than she did during her first pregnancy, the former flight attendant stated on Instagram Stories in June that she was attempting to remain positive.

According to her explanation at the time, “it can occasionally cause the baby to not get all the nutrition it needs, so it simply needs extra monitoring.”
