A source exclusively tells Page Six that Alex Rodriguez “enjoys spending together” with fitness instructor Jac Cordeiro.
The former Yankees great, 47, was photographed with the athlete, who was initially termed a “mystery woman,” on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Monday.
They were seen on camera “hand in hand” as they strolled down the sidewalk toward a trendy clothing store.
Page Six has learned exclusively that the mysterious woman is Canadian fitness expert Jac Cordeiro.
The toned beauty, whose Instagram bio boasts about her workout business JacFit, appears to be an entrepreneur.
The 42-year-old mother of two holds a master’s degree in nutrition and is a registered nurse.
An insider exclusively tells us about the ex-slugger and the stunner: “Friends say he’s quite happy and loving [their] time together. They have a good time together, and he appreciates it. Wow, what a fantastic person she is! She has two kids and she used to be a nurse.
“He’s fantastic with her and incredibly pleased,” the insider chimed in.
We hear that Rodriguez, a father of two, has been residing in Los Angeles recently, but that he will soon be traveling for work as a baseball commentator for the MLB World Series. He is also a longtime supporter of the fitness business TruFusion and a dedicated fitness enthusiast.
