‘vanderpump Rules’ Stars Katie Maloney, Tom Schwartz Finalize Divorce!

Divorce papers were filed for Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz after less than a year of separation.

Page Six has learned that the divorce between the “Vanderpump Rules” stars was finalized on October 12.
Maloney, 35, and Schwartz, 39, recently reached a settlement in their uncontested divorce and agreed on how to divide their shared assets, including their $2 million California home.

The paperwork also said that the couple had opted to permanently forego spousal support.

Reports had it that Maloney had filed for divorce from Schwartz, her husband of nearly six years, in March.

They went public with their breakup a week before Maloney filed.

Maloney announced the split on Instagram, writing, “After 12 years on an adventure through life together Tom and I are dissolving our marriage.” There is no bitterness or hostility in response to this conclusion; no one is taking sides. There will always be a special place in my heart for her, and I will always value our friendship. We shall always love and support one another no matter where our lives take us.

Likewise, Schwartz posted the terrible news to his own social media pages, but he chose to highlight the positive memories they shared.

I don’t blame you for making a quick decision. He said on social media, “If I had been watching us on VCR for the past nine years, I would be producing them too.” We had some of the most blissful, romantic, and enjoyable times humanly conceivable throughout our relationship, but I’m telling you that perception is skewed bc of watching snippets [sic] of our lives on the show. We’re talking unimaginable bliss here on Earth.

The restaurant owner continued by saying that he was “not a victim” and that he “totally” respected his ex-decision wives to break their marriage.

They broke up on good terms, but have had their ups and downs since then.

Since their breakup, several of their “Pump” rules co-stars have supposedly been forced to “choose sides,” generally siding with the Schwartz and Sandy’s owner over Maloney.

Brock Davies said of his and Scheana Shay’s decision to maintain a friendship with Schwartz, “I prefer to be with one of them as opposed to the other.”

Schwartz and co-star Raquel Leviss allegedly made out during Shay and Davies’ wedding, making things much worse for Maloney, who had been “uninvited.”

Maloney is “extremely angry” that her now ex-husband “decided to hook up with a girl in their group of acquaintances,” according to reports.
They started dating in 2010, got married in 2016, and then found out they couldn’t legally be married.

They hurried to Las Vegas in 2019 to finalize their marriage.
