Unsolved Mysteries Volume 3: Is There Any Trailer Released for Volume 3?

Unsolved Mysteries is finally coming back! In 2019, Netflix brought back the true crime classic before the first and second volumes came out in 2020. We haven’t seen any new episodes in more than 2 years, but they’re finally on the way. The third season of Unsolved Mysteries will be shown on Netflix as part of a three-week event called Netflix and Chills.

Since this is the second Halloween-themed “event” Netflix has announced for October, it seems like they are trying to make a big deal out of it this year. The horror anthology series Cabinet of Curiosities by Guillermo del Toro will also not release all of its episodes at once. Instead, it will release two episodes each day from October 25 to 28.

Plot of Unsolved Mysteries Volume 3

Unsolved Mysteries is a revival of the 1990s true-crime series Unsolved Mysteries. The original series has produced over 500 episodes. It showcases a variety of unsolved crimes and oddities, thereby enticing viewers to uncover the mysteries behind them.

The Netflix series adheres to a similar structure. There will be more unexplained disappearances, sad events, and strange occurrences in volume three. The first two volumes contained accounts of UFOs in Massachusetts, a peculiar death in Oslo, and tsunami spirits in Japan. We anticipate learning more about the stories featured in volume 3 once the official trailer is out.

The success of the Netflix revival has rekindled interest in certain cases dating back decades. The 2004 passing of Alonzo Brooks, a Black man, is one such instance. In 2004, Brooks was last seen at a party in La Cygne, Kansas. He was one of the only three African-Americans among the about 100 visitors at the celebration.

After his family and friends looked for him for a month, his body was found. The case went cold for years, but when his story was told in a Netflix show, the FBI looked into it again.

Release Date of Unsolved Mysteries volume 3

Six episodes of Unsolved Mysteries volume 3 will air over the course of three nights: October 18, October 25, and November 1. We can be certain that two episodes will be released each week on those days.

What cases will be featured in the third volume has not yet been disclosed by Netflix. It will be interesting to see what happens after the first 12 episodes, which included anything from UFOs to incredible disappearances.

Cast Member of Unsolved Mysteries volume 3

Unsolved Mysteries doesn’t have a recurring cast, and each season has a new story with different people, so it’s impossible to know who will be in Unsolved Mysteries Volume 3. Even though the show doesn’t have a host, Robert Stack‘s presence is felt all the way through it because he is seen briefly in the opening credits.

Meurer told Newsweek that for Unsolved Mysteries Volume 3, she wanted to keep looking at stories from all over the world. “We’d like to be known all over the world. I think that we would leave less of a mark on the field. But we still want to keep shooting all the stories on location because we think it makes a big difference in how the story looks.

She then told Newsweek how important it was to be on location to give subscribers a more real and interesting experience, letting them really get into the story and giving everyone enough information to be able to help solve the problem if they were able to.

When you look at the mix of stories, you can really tell that they were shot in real places, which is what we want to do. So, we will work very hard to find a way to keep doing that. We’ll cut down on our footprints if we have to, and we’ll go into a bubble if we have to, but we’re determined to figure this out.”
