Cameron is presently working on Avatar sequels, which won’t be released until 2028, and Rodriguez has stated that they are drafting a proposal for a new Alita film, so it could be a while before a new installment is produced. The Storyline of Alita: Battle Angel
Alita is a product of a dark era. Alita is discovered by the mysterious Dr. Ido while looking for cyborg components, and she grows into a lethal threat. She has no recollection of her identity or her origins.
Dr. Ido, on the other hand, is acutely aware of the truth. She is the only being capable of putting an end to the Tiphares-era cycle of death and destruction. However, in order to achieve her true goal, she must fight and kill. Alita’s true significance is exposed at this point. She is both a heavenly and a death angel.
What Can We Expect From Alita: Battle Angel 2?
Alita’s voyage to Zalem to confront evil mastermind Nova would, of course, be the first stop on any Alita 2 story arc. Nova is the major adversary in the Alita universe, and despite the fact that he utilizes proxies to carry out his commands, he is the wicked person Alita is most eager to capture.
From his throne, Nova watches over Iron City. When we last saw the titular cyborg hero, he was preparing to battle Nova in Zalem, the fabled city in the sky. Because the first Alita film ended on such a major cliffhanger, Alita Battle Angel 2 had to be crafted to secure a sequel.
Alita is quite furious. Hugo, the young man Alita had fallen in love with, was killed in the movie’s climax by a defense ring with sharp edges. When Nova tried to get into the promised realm of Zalem, he killed Hugo.
This happened, of course, after Alita had to take Hugo’s brain and change him. It’s still not clear if Alita will just get revenge for Hugo’s death or look for his body’s pieces.
She has already fixed him once, so she will probably want to do it again. With the help of her kind of adoptive parents, Ido and Dr. Chiren, Hugo could be brought back to life as a robotic hybrid.
The Cast of Alita: Battle Angel 2
For her role as Alita in the movie, Rosa Salazar got a lot of praise. She will come back for sure in the sequel if they decide to make one. Dr. Dyson Ido is played by Christoph Waltz.
Most likely, Alita’s father will also show up in the second movie. Maybe the evil Mahershala Ali won’t play Vector in the second movie, and Alita’s love interest, Hugo, won’t be played by Keean Johnson.
Edward Norton should show up again as the mysterious Nova, who was first seen at the very end of the movie. The parts of Gelda, played by Michelle Rodriguez, and Jashugan, played by Jai Courtney, were meant to set the stage for bigger parts in a sequel.

The movie was great! I like movies like Alita: Battle Angel. I loved the whole movie because it was full of science fiction and exciting action. It is also backed up by a story that is pretty strong.
Even though her surroundings are hard, Alita’s spirit gives the audience hope. I liked how Alita’s story also showed how she was looking for who she really was. She lives in a place where people see her as pretty normal.
But she finds out that she is not average at all. She is an angel from heaven. The story of the movie can be continued in other movies. The ending set the stage for more movies, so I hope there will be a follow-up.
This movie is exciting, full of action, and full of intense action scenes. The people who made this movie did a great job of putting the action at different times. They didn’t rush through it, and each battle scene meant something. I can’t say enough good things about this movie.
