A voice actor might have accidentally revealed the launch of the third season of Xenoblade Chronicles. It is an open-world action role-playing game developed by Monolith Soft and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. The actor even revealed that Monolith Soft might be working on the new season for the game.
This news was reported by Gamerant, a content publishing site where content is written by gamers for gamers. The news was about how a voice actor of the game had a slip up revealed about the ongoing work for the third chronicle. This happened in a recent interview where the game’s voice actors have come together. Even a video proof for the same is available which was uploaded by Din’s Meteorite who works on creating content for people’s entertainment.
He did a face-to-face interview with the voice actor and that’s when this news was revealed. Din’s Meteorite works as a content creator and for this channel, he interviewed Jenna Coleman. She is a great voice artist and has worked with many game developers and delivered her voice to them. She was the voice of Clara Oswald in “Doctor who”, a mysterious 2,000-year-old time-traveling figure, and his companion’s journey across time and space in a ship known as the TARDIS. She was also the voice of Melia from Xenoblade Chronicles.
In the interview, she was briefed about her role in Xenoblade Chronicles, her experiences and even talked about her role as Melia in the epilogue that was added to the original “Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition”. The epilogue was titled “Future Connected”. It will take you around 10 to 12 hours to complete it and almost 20 hours if side content is included.
The voice actor talked about the game and then she cleared out that she thought a new game was being developed. Later she said she was unsure of the fact of whether a new game was in development or not. This news can only be confirmed after the developers have officially given such a notice.
Even though it was a slip up the fans need to lower down their expectations as this slip-off wasn’t a confirmation and could even be a misinterpretation from the interviewers or from the voice actor. Monolith Soft might be working on its development or might not be working on it. There’s no official news about it for now so let’s keep our expectations low.
The news can even be true keeping in mind the success rate of the chronicles and wide growing popularity of the game. Both Monolith Soft and Nintendo have had a widespread increase in their revenue over the past years and introducing a new game might be on their to-do list to entice their users and enhance their customer experience.
This news about the development of the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 has surfaced since the start of the year. This was due to Yasunori Mitsuda the composer for Chronicles 2 talking about a project he would be doing in the month of April and even said that this particular project would be his biggest one. This does confirm somewhat about the development of a new chronicle. But later he revealed that his composition will be performed by an ACE British rock band who have worked with Nintendo on different projects.
