As per the reports Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Who announced confirmation that the company is opening up its supercharger networks to other EVs(Electric Vehicle) this year. So this is the latest news from Tesla about the supercharger and the planning is to open the supercharger network to other EVs by the end of 2021. And Elon Musk shares some of the information regarding this on Twitter, shares “We created our own connector, as there were no standards back then and Tesla was the only maker of the long-range electric cars, It’s one fairly slim connector for both low and high power charging. That said, we’re making our Supercharger network open to other EVs later this year.”

In the United State, President Joe Biden’s administration Who spend $1.2 Trillion on Infrastructure projects, including $7.5 billion on electric vehicle infrastructure, including charging stations. It would add another income stream for tesla. And the reason behind making their own charging connector Musk said there are no standards back then tesla’s supercharger network addressed the necessity in the transition from internal combustion engine to Electric Vehicles.

If we talk about the previous time when it introduced the concepts of rapid charging stations for EVs was not that common as of the time of recording Tesla has installed more than 25,000 superchargers around the globe tesla china’s supercharger team built stations leading all the way to base camp of mount Everest supercharger V3 has cut the waiting time for charging to 200 miles of range in just 15 minutes as well the global reach of tesla’s supercharger network would likely attract EV owners to use the service.

So these are some of the concepts which they will introduce in the future. And a Tesla Supercharger is a 480-volt direct current fast-charging technology built by American vehicle manufacturer Tesla, Inc. for their all-electric cars. The supercharger station is located at the company’s Design studio and Spacx’s headquarters in Hawthrone, California. This supercharger work as the charging stations provide high-power Direct current(DC) charging power directly to the battery bypassing the internal charging power supply. In 2017 they announced the availability of urban superchargers.

The cost of the charge per minute is $0.26 per minute above 60 kW. Under 60KW it is only $0.13. If you charge by KWh, it is $0.28 per KWh drawn from the charger. With a broad network of fast charging, automatic battery preconditioning, and the exceptional range of every Tesla car, you’ll spend even more time on the road. Superchargers can add up to 200 miles of range in just 15 minutes. So these are some of the things which provide by tesla companies, these are good things because electric vehicles are really good for the environment. Some of the things that happened with the general public like the charging points of the supercharger station were closed for the public and there was no notice about why this action took. it is being assumed that the decision could have been prompted due to high traffic at the station or for security reasons. So these are some of the things that happen that’s they take this decision. which will beneficial for them.
