Warframe is a free-to-play action role-playing third-person shooter multiplayer online game that was developed and published by Digital Extremes. It was first released for Windows personal computers in March 2013, and seeing its rapid growth it was then ported to the PlayStation 4 in November 2013, and then into the Xbox One in September 2014, then also the Nintendo Switch in November 2018, and recently into the PlayStation 5 in November 2020 and the Xbox Series X/S in April 2021.
So what exactly is this Warframe about? I am sure there are gamers who have good knowledge about it but those who don’t continue reading to find out. Maybe you may even end up getting interested and start playing yourself. So players in this video game control members of the Tenno, which is a race of ancient warriors who have awoken and find themselves into Earth’s future where they are at war in the planetary system with different factions of the Earth. The concept for Warframem first originated in 2000, when Digital Extremes began work on a new game titled Dark Sector. At the time, the company wasn’t that successful and didn’t have any games of its own as it only helped other gaming companies develop their games. But unfortunately, there was a lot of problems during the release of this game but by 2012, in the wake of the success of free-to-play games, the developers took their earlier Dark Sector ideas and art assets and incorporated them into a new project, and launched their first-ever game, Warframe.
Now, recent news brings in that Warframe is up for its largest and greatest ever expansion named the Sisters Of Parvos, on July 6.
So what exactly is this new expansion all about so this new update centers around the new addition of the art Sisters Of Parvos. So each player once they have reached Rank 1 in the Granum Void and board a Corpus ship they will then have an encounter with their own Sister. This Sister will then begin hunting the player and also keep claiming sectors as their own. So any player who will complete his/her mission on a Sister owned sector will receive rewards. It may sound really easy to you right now but it is definitely not going to be that easy for you all because you are not going to up against a single Sister… you will be going against a Sister with an addition of her own army and defeating them is going to be one hell of a task.
So in short with this new update Digital Extremes have definitely leveled up the difficulty level but has also introduced new perks as if you have been successful in killing a Sister then you will have two options one being that you convert her this Conversion will grant you on-call backup in missions or serve as AI crew members for the Railjack, which is a player flown spacecraft. And the other option is that if you kill her, then she has a chance to drop brand new weapons and cosmetics for a little time. So it is no longer going to be that easy to win rewards and this update has definitely made all the gamers pretty happy as after all a new level of difficulty which will mean a new strategy to win and make your way through the Sister and her army.
