Call of Duty is a first-person shooter video game franchise published by Activision. Starting out in 2003, it first focused on games set in World War II. Over time, the series has seen games set in the midst of the Cold War, futuristic worlds, and outer space. Black Ops Cold War is additionally set for some significant options, while the battle royale experience is being refreshed with new areas and weapons. There’s a lot to process, from maps to weapons and a couple of different amazements, zombies fans, and multiplayer, they both have been blessed to receive new glances at what’s available for the following large update.

Warzone and Black Ops Cold War are all set to get Season 4 update on June 17. Activision has shared what players have to look forward to in the new season including four multiplayer maps, five new weapons, a new quest in Outbreak, new Points of Interests (PoI) in Verdansk, and more. Season 4 will be available for players from June 17 after Call of Duty: Warzone is updated on June 16, 9 pm PT, and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is updated on June 15, 9 pm PT. It has had 120hz refresh rate support on Xbox Series X pretty much since it launched back in November, but it’s been missing from the PS4 version when running on PS5. PS5 is the most powerful PlayStation that Sony’s ever made. In addition to a supercharged customized CPU and GPU, the system also plays host to an ultra-high-speed SSD hard drive, allowing for lightning-fast loading speeds and entirely new experiences.

Activision declined to comment when contacted by Eurogamer at the time. The reason for this difference seems to be related to how Sony handles backward compatibility. At the time, I was guessing that Infinity Ward / Raven Software would need to create a full Warzone PS5 port to enable 120 fps on the console. There are a lot of features and changes coming to Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops Cold War with the new season such as file size changes, optimizations, balancing, among others. Season 4 will also come with plenty of new weapons and maps for the Black Ops Cold War. For new weapons, players will get the MG 82 light machine gun, and the C58 assault rifle through the season’s battle pass. Meanwhile, the Nail Gun can be earned either by completing challenges or by purchasing it from the in-game store.

Some reviews that are given by fans, It has been really good till now with Operator price and New weapons like Galil and the Vector. There have been major bugs since the update. But they have been clearing it out daily. Everyone had started missing Shipment and Shoot house 24/7 multiplayer maps. The replacement 24/7 map- Scrapyard is painful to play. But season 4 has made the game a bit more interesting.

The remake of the MW2 map. It is played in the standard and hardcore playlists.

And the new gunfight map is Trench.

There are also at least seven ‘new maps’ implemented with the Warzone Rumble TDM playlist which are smaller areas of Verdansk cordoned off by the same gas zone as found in the standard Battle Royale modes. These are “Gorgengard Lumber Yard,” “Crash Site,” “Karst Bridge,” “Barakett Promenade East,” “Terminal Approach,” and “Hospital Hills.”
