WellOnika Tanya Maraj-Petty is professionally known as Nicki Minaj who is a Trinidadian-born rapper, singer-songwriter, and actress. She is known as the ‘Queen of Rap’ by several media outlets not only that but Nicki is one of the most influential and best-selling female artists of all time. Now, who wouldn’t know this famous personality she has so many hit songs like Pink Friday which was certified as a triple-platinum by RIAA and it also peaked at number one on the Billboard 200 and the most popular song ever Anaconda which reached number two on the Hot 100. Whereas the music video for Anaconda became the first solo female rap video to reach one billion views on YouTube. And the list keeps going on like a never-ending tunnel.
Earlier last year in July Nicki Minaj officially announced that she was pregnant by posting her pregnancy bump pictures which officially broke the media as from ‘Super Bass’ she became a super mom. In both the photos which she posted on Instagram, the then-mom-to-be rocked a curly, bright-yellow hairdo, an intricately decorated bikini, and sparkly platform stilettos. Another showed her in a ruffled bottom, white knee-high stockings, and a blue done-up hairstyle, complete with a bright-green bow. This good news came after nine months she and her husband, Kenneth ‘Zoo’ Petty and ten months after she decided to retire from her music career and focus and place all her attention on her family this is news is according to what she tweeted on Twitter ‘I’ve decided to retire & have my family. Well, to be honest, it was kind of sad to see her leave but the decision she made was also justified and we being her fans should pray for her and her family’s well-being. Soon after on September 30th both Nicki Minaj and Kenneth ‘Zoo’ Petty welcome their first baby boy to the world as per the reports.
Recently on June 13 in Los Angeles Nicki Manaj posted a picture of herself and her son, whom she always refers to as ‘Papa bear’ which was witnessed by her fans when she posted a string of images in January of her cute little son with the caption saying ‘#PapaBear thank you so very much for choosing me to be your mamaa. Wishing you guys a happy & prosperous New Year. Thank you for your love and support throughout this journey. It’s meant so much to me. Becoming a mom is by far the most fulfilling job I’ve ever taken on. Sending love to all the superhero mothers out there. In the picture, both the mom and son were in twinning outfits which again broke the media as everyone went crazy seeing both their pictures in the cute outfits. She posted a string of pictures of her posing on the couch but only one featured her adorable little son with the caption of a white heart, pink ribbon, and a unicorn.
