Marvel Studios Avengers is one superhero movie that I think no one can get over and it never gets boring because it is filled with action, teamwork, comedy, and many more. But in the recent movie of Avengers named Avenger: Endgame is where most Marvel fans’ hearts broke with the death of our favorite Iron man also known as Tony Stark, played by Robert Downey Jr., and the retirement of our another favorite superhero Captain America, played by Chir Evans. We saw how Captain America handed over his shield to the Falcon, played by Anthony Mackie, with the intention of him being the new Captain America and we also witnessed how Thor, played by Chris Hemsworth, decided to live his life and do what he wants to do instead of what he is supposed to do so, as a result, he named Valkyrie, played by Tessa Thompson, the new king of Asgard and left with Star-Lord, played by Chris Pratt, and his team. So we all knew that two of our most favorite characters have left the Avengers team but at the same time we were excited to see the upcoming movies of the various other superheroes.
One of those movies is Thor: Love and Thunder which has hit the headlines twice already ever since the production of the movie had ended. We all received some news about this upcoming movie by Chris Hemsworth a few weeks ago when the production was about to end. The director of this new movie is Taika Waititi. Chris Hemsworth shared a selfie of himself and Chir Pratt who will be in this movie too as at the end we saw that Thor had gone with the Guardians of the Galaxy so it is predicted that Star-lord and his whole gang will also be featured in this movie. Thor: Love and Thunder will be Thor’s fourth solo adventure in the Marvel Cinematic Universe so Marvel fans and especially fans of Thor this must be a lot of good news for you all.
The film will feature a completely different Thor with the return of Natalie Portman as Jane Foster who will wield Thor’s hammer, which as a result turns Thor into the Mighty Thor just like in the comics. Along with this, Christian Bale joins the MCU to give life to the villain Gorr, the butcher of gods, and Tessa Thompson will also resume her role as Valkyrie, and current ruler of the Kingdom of Asgard to tell that as the movie proceeds will help Thor to beat the new villain.

Well keeping that aside as we saw at the end of Avenger: Endgame that there was some tension between Thor and Star-Lord on who is the in-charge of the spaceship. Well in the beginning it did seem that Hemsworth and Pratt seemed to be getting along just fine off-set, but the question still remains and it is still yet to be seen if Peter Quill and Thor Odinson reached a settlement on who’s leading the Asgardians of the Galaxy. But then again, Hemsworth’s caption in the pictures throws a playful jab at Pratt, so it is likely that the tension between Chris Hemsworth and Chris Pratt hasn’t gone anywhere.
But I am sure the promo art must have driven all of us as this material with an alternative look of Thor. Here we can see Thor with a very rocky and metal style and wearing the Stormbreaker. It is also accompanied by an alternative design of the movie logo which also includes a heart with a lightning bolt in the center filled with very bright colors. The film will be released in theaters on May 6, 2022. And I know the wait is pretty long but I am definitely sure that it is going to be worth it. So all we can do is sit tight till the release.
