So before we go onto what to expect on episode 19 let’s have a recap on the key moments of episode 18.

The first couple we see is Erik and Virginia as seen in the previous episodes there has been plenty of ups and downs throughout their marriage, but no matter what this duo has been sticking together through thick and thin. Virginia revealed that she and Erik have been living together in Erik’s condo. Soon Erik’s mother also joins the pair for the reunion, saying how much she loves her new daughter-in-law. Although their marriage didn’t happen because Virginia received a false positive COVID test. They continue growing their relationship.

In the brief break, the women of Season 12 assemble for a discussion with Kevin where Haley offers insight into her and Jacob’s failed marriage saying that their ‘connection fizzled after they became physical on the honeymoon’. She concludes by saying that even though she was uncomfortable to see her marriage fail but sometimes it is important that ‘you choose yourself’.

In the end, The reunion ends with a bang with Chris and Paige. Where on one hand, Chris admits that he was terrible during the season and has shown remorse towards his actions. On the other hand, Paige says ‘she regrets having sex with Chris and is still upset about how things went down between them’. Chris even divulged the fact that he and Paige even went through counseling after Decision Day to try and repair their damaged bond, but it was too late for that, and couldn’t keep their marriage afloat.

Chris continued with his claim that he had no clue regarding Mercedes’ pregnancy before their wedding, but a turbulent twist came in Chris’s former friend and spiritual advisor Pastor Dwight. As the tensions and awkwardness increase, Chris walks off, leaving the stage and ending the episode on an uncertain note.
