Since unveiling the Fluent Design System at Build 2017, Microsoft has been methodical in its rollout of the new design language across Windows. Since Fluent Design was rolled out, Microsoft has updated most of its interfaces to meet the new system’s guidelines.

We are planning to redesign other icons, based on this one, across Windows, Office, and other Microsoft products” says the company after revealing the new logo to the users and giving the specifications of it. This new logo is considered to have a good look and will surely give a good effect to the users using it in future times.
Although it’s not perfect, the new icon is a step in the right direction. We’re happy to see that Microsoft is working on making all of its products visually consistent. While the new icon is pretty slick, it looks just like the rest of Microsoft’s applications, which sometimes can be distracting. Microsoft’s commitment to cloud services for businesses is clear in the new Azure website redesign. The company’s focus on security and compliance solidifies this as a serious business product that professionals will want to use.
