Since a long time now, the Skinwalker Ranch in Utah has been known for a lot of mysterious activities. Initially known as the Sherman Ranch, the Skinwalker Ranch was first featured in the news for alleged UFO sightings. Many people also believe the Skinwalker Ranch to be the hub of paranormal activities. Although nothing has been confirmed yet, the Skinwalker Ranch still remains as mysterious as ever.
Background of Skinwalker Ranch mystery
Elicited, unexplained events in the Ranch were first reported in the early 1970s. Journalist George Knapp wrote a series of articles on a family that experienced paranormal activities on their new property there. Knapp, later, coauthored a book with Colm Kelleher describing Natural Institute of Discovery Science (NIDS)’s acquirement of the ranch. This book described in detail the UFO sightings, crop circles, alleged appearance of strange creatures and other reported paranormal activities.
Recent accounts on the the Skinwalker Ranch
The NIDS creator Robert Bigelow bought the Skinwalker Ranch to his name after having read a report ion its UFO sightings. Bigelow immediately assigned a team to study the happenings in the ranch. The team spoke to the locals regarding the UFO sightings, appearance of strange big animals and other paranormal activities. Even the scientists had a fair share of experiences in this regard. They have also stated that many of these activities have been caught on camera as well.
Retired Army Colonel John Alexander, a member of the team studying the ranch, remarked about the presence on ‘something’ on the ranch. He said that we will be able to discover this ‘something’ only when it wants us to, otherwise it just keeps taking different shapes- the strange animals. He also accepted that most of these things happened on camera as well, but without any evidence of how they happened.
