Bosch Season 7, Titus Welliver and Jamie Hector will RETURN To the Detective Drama For the Final Time

Fictional detective dramas are a much-loved genre for people of all ages and preferences. The thrill that such shows can deliver make them accordingly desirable by fans all over the world. Such is the Bosch series. Bosch is an American detective procedural web television series developed by Eric Overmyer, for Amazon. Amazon Studios in addition to Fabrik Entertainment, serve as the producers. Season 1 of the series, released on February 6, 2014, draws inspiration from Michael Connelly‘s novels, The Concrete Blonde (1994), City of Bones (2002) and Echo Park (2006). The first season ended on February 13, 2015, with a total of ten episodes. All the other seasons contain ten episodes as well. They also adhere to the plot of some more novels of Connelly. The latest season, distributed on April 16, 2020, adheres to the outline of the books, The Overlook and Dark Sacred Night.

Release Date: Bosch Season 7

The creators renewed the series for a season 7 on February 13, 2020. However, filming and production have delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic that hit the world. Consequently, the producers did not release an official release date. As such, the fans can only wait in anticipation for the distribution of the last season of the series. Nevertheless, viewers expect it to air sometime in spring 2021.

 Cast: Bosch Season 7

The cast for season 7 of the series will include most of the original cast members. The actors involved are Titus Welliver starring protagonist Harry Bosch and Jamie Hector in the role of Jerry Edgar. We may also see the reappearance of Amy Aquino as Grace Billets, Madison Lintz as Maddie Bosch and Lance Reddick playing Irvin Irving.

Plot: Bosch Season 7

Season 7 will follow the narrative of Connelly’s novels, The Concrete Blonde (1994) and The Burning Room (2014). We may get to see more investigations by the duo into their efforts to eradicate drug dealing businesses and other crimes. Viewers may finally acquire the proper knowledge behind Avril’s death as well.

Storyline: Bosch Series

The series features Harry Bosch, a Los Angeles police department detective who is also a retired Special Force officer and had served in the First Gulf. Harry operates in the Hollywood homicidal division. The story begins with a victim’s family suing Harry in a civil suit on the premise of wrongful death. All of our protagonist’s cases are gruesome and wear him down mentally.

There are instances where Harry had to face severe corruption or even death threats towards his family. Harry Bosch not only has to deal with the seemingly never-ending cases but also pursue the incident of his mother’s death. On multiple occasions, Bosch himself is unjustly labelled a suspect to a murder. The life of Bosch appears to viewers as one full of hardships and anguish. Nonetheless, Harry must persist in overcoming his unending predicaments.
