Who is Ryan Seacrest

American media host and producer (born December 24, 1974). He hosts several shows, including American Idol, American Top 40, and On Air with Ryan Seacrest, and is a co-host on Live with Kelly and Ryan.

As of the 2006 edition, Seacrest co-hosted and executive produced Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve alongside Clark. When Dick Clark passed away in 2012, he continued to emcee and executive produce the yearly performance from New York City’s Times Square. On May 1, 2017, Seacrest officially became a co-host on Live with Kelly and Ryan alongside Kelly and Ryan.

For American Idol, Seacrest was nominated for an Emmy every year from 2004 to 2013, and then again in 2016. In 2010, for producing Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution, he was awarded an Emmy, and in 2012, he was nominated for the same award.
